Douglas G. Potts has been Vice President of National Communications Operations for Comcast Cable since November 2002 and served as Executive Director and Vice President of Network Operations for Comcast (AT&T Broadband) since June 1999. He is responsible for service assurance and Network Operations Center (NOC) functions supporting voice and communications product lines. Mr. Potts has over 30 years of network operations experience which includes 23+ years of service in Naval Telecommunications. His most recent assignment with Comcast is the implementation and operation of their VoIP trials and an aggressive multiple market launch in late 2004 and 2005.
