David Gautschi has pursued a career that has
spanned academe and industry in the U.S. and Europe. In his
current role as Principal and Director of Research for CCG
Group, he has researched extensively the enterprise mobility
market and the state of technology marketing. For more

his present position as Director of Research for CCG Group,
he was a Firm Director at Deloitte & Touche and leader of
the firm's eBusiness practice in Seattle. As a founder of
PRISM SA, David developed Markpack, a PC-based marketing
decision support system, and several industry-specific
market simulations. He was a founder of Janus Enterprise
International where he collaborated on the development of
the Janus Strategy Laboratory, a simulation-based model that
has been used widely to transform telecommunications
operating companies during an extended period of market
liberalization. David has served on the faculties of
Cornell, Yale, Insead, and the University of Washington,
where he was Professor and Kirby Cramer Scholar of Marketing
and International Business. An alumnus of the University of
Maine (mathematics), David received the PhD in business
administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
